Question are in no particular order.

Payment:
* We accept PayPal Worldwide.
* U.S. only Visa, Master Car, and Discover. Minimum Credit card order $10.00 in merchandise.

Shipping:

To see what shipping is: you will have to login to get shipping cost. We adjust for small items and multiple items if the shipping cost looks high. We will lower shipping cost and never raise it after the sale has been placed. If it will cost more to ship an item, we will e-mail you with the shipping cost and get your approval first before completing the sale.

1 to 5 days to ship if item is in stock. If not it can take up to 15 days. If can no longer get the item we will notify you VIA e-mail.

We are not responsible for lost, misdirected or returned mail. If your item is returned to us you will be charged extra shipping to have the item sent to you again.

Out of U.S. shipping:

We prefer that out of U.S. buyers contact us about the item(s) they are interested in so, we can calculate shipping and give them a total before they purchase. There might also be an additional charge by your Credit card company for out country purchases.


E-mails: We answer E-mails oldest to newest when we are able to get to them. Our responses are made during business hours. We apologize for the slow response to questions past, present and future.


Restocking: We stock many items and restock when low. We DO NOT restock Liquidation / scratch and dent items.


PRE-ORDER: These are items not yet available and you can reserve yours from this page. If you pay with Paypal, money will be paid up front. If you pay with a credit card you will not be billed until the item is shipped.


To check stock availability: add item to cart then go to cart to see how many are in stock.

In stock items ship within 1 to 3 days during business hours. Out of stock items that need to be ordered can take a weeks to ship. Backorder items ETA will be posted for the item. If we can no longer get the item we will notify you VIA e-mail and the item will be removed from the site.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You have 7 days after receiving the item to contact us for a return. You must contact us before returning the item. All returned items will be inspected before a refund is given. Once the item is received and checked out you will receive your refund via check or paypal. If paid VIA credit card the amount will be refunded to you card. If your card has expired we will contact you.

In the event the item is incorrectly described, we will assess and verify the error, before issuing a full refund.

Example of an obvious incorrect description: Incorrect picture, description, part number or title.

Description of Full refund: The amount you paid for the item(s) plus amount you paid for shipping.

No offers of a partial refund will be accepted.

In the event the item is not to your liking you can return the item, unopened for a refund minus 25% restocking fee. This fee will be waived if you want to exchange the item for something else of equal or greater value.

If it has been opened you must get our approval before returning an item and there is a 35% restocking fee. Item must have everything that it came with including packaging, detail parts, and instructions.

If an item is returned without our permission there is a 50% restocking fee applied.

We do not refund return postage. Returns are treated as such: You bought an item from us and paid for shipping to have it sent to you. In a return situation, it is treated in reverse; it is like we are buying an item from you. We will pay you, exactly what you paid us to have the item sent to you. You must use the same shipping service we used to ship the item to you. Example: 1st class mail to you, 1st class mail back to us. UPS to you UPS back to us. If an item is returned to us not in the same way we shipped to you, you will not receive the difference. Example: If we ship an item to you 1st class mail for $4.95 and you send it back to us UPS $12.95 you will only receive $4.95 for shipping the item back to us.

Online coupons:
Coupons can be used online to purchase product and have shipped to you OR used online and picked up in store. If being picked up in store we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
