Shipping Information:

We are not responsible for lost, misdirected or returned mail. If your item is returned to us you will be charged extra shipping to have the item sent to you again.

1 to 5 days to ship if item is in stock. If not it can take up to 15 days. If can no longer get the item we will notify you VIA e-mail.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You must contact us before returning the item. If the item is incorrectly described please CONTACT US before returning for a full refund. No offers of a partial refund will accepted. Once item is received and checked out you will receive your refund via check or paypal. In the event the item is not to your liking you can return the item, unopened for a refund minus 25% restocking fee. If it has been opened you must get our approval before returning an item and there is a 35% restocking fee. Item must have everything that it came with including packaging. You have 7 days after receiving the item to contact us for a return. If item is returned without our permission you waive your right to receive return postage reimbursement. And there is a 50% restocking fee applied.

Questions:

We answer questions oldest to newest when we are able to get to them. We are open Monday -- Thursday, Saturday 10am -- 5pm, Friday 10am -- 8pm & Sunday Closed. So, our responses are made during these hours. We apologize for the slow response to questions past, present and future.

Restocking: We stock many items and restock when low. We DO NOT restock Liquidation items.
